Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  At this stage we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at Aussie Security Systems does not accept responsibility for international shipping times that may exceed our estimates. All shipping time estimates we give are based on previous shipping times from our warehouses to your city, town or suburb. These times may vary depending on Australia Post and are out of our control.


Should your product be malfunctioning or broken and our relevant support teams are unable to resolve the issue, we will arrange to have the faulty unit returned to the relevant manufacturer at which point we will send you a replacement unit. Shipping costs of the faulty unit back to the manufacturer will be paid by the customer and reimbursed upon proof of payment.


**The security systems we have chosen are FREE shipping. But please be aware that on few occasions there has been a small customs charge at your end. (Very Rare and only a few dollars)
